Please understand that wigs are considered hygienic products and for that reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We want to maintain the cleanliness of our products. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Please ensure your order is correct before purchasing.

We only accept returns if the wrong item was given to you, due to our negligence. 

Please be sure that your head measurements match those listed in the description of the specified ready to wear wig! All Ready to Wear Wigs are final sale. NO REFUNDS!
