Do you retail hair?

YES we do! You can purchase hair bundles and lace closures if available on hand or via website (Luxe Collection).

Do you retail wigs?

YES we do! However only custom wigs handcrafted on a sewing machine by us. We do not retail Premade factory made wigs/360 frontals. You can purchase hair bundles and lace closures if available on hand or via website.

Whats a custom wig?

A custom wig is made specifically for you, with details provided by you. These wigs will give you the perfect fit and your desired style.

Is your wigs glueless?

Yes they are! NO glue is needed to wear our. units.

Do you make frontal wigs?

NO, we do not make frontals wigs at this time.

Whats the “Bring your own hair” service?

This service allows you to provide your own hair & lace closure to have a custom unit made.

If sending in hair that’s used from a previous install and wefts are cut up or in too many pieces, an additional fee is added.

Hair must be clean. When you go to get an install at a salon, you don’t carry dirty hair. That being said, hair must be clean, and free of debris (thread, glue- no tracks with glue residue etc). 

If you would like us to get the job done for you, add on our Rejuvenation service- bundles detox.

 ~ Lace must be NEW, uncut & unused.

Brown Swiss lace or transparent lace is recommended for best results. Do not purchase lace that’s darker than your complexion. Stay away from lace thats grey/ashy looking, have thick hairlines, big knots, and if the lace is not stretchy. 

How many bundles do I need?

The longer the hair the more bundles you need for fullness. The shorter the hair the less bundles you need for fullness

I recommend;

8-14” - 2 bundles

16-24” - 3 bundles

26-30” - 4 bundles

32”+ - 5 bundles or more

What is reconstruction?

Reconstruction is a service we provide when we take down a wig and remake the wig using the same bundles, also adding a new lace.

How are the wigs made?

Each custom unit is constructed using a sewing-machine base. This technique ensures longevity of your purchase, while the purchaser is still allowed a custom fit. Your unit is guaranteed to last years with periodic swapping of current lace piece as time allows. The weft of the tracks will be cut during the process of construction. Hair is applied to a mesh dome cap which allows for a snug fit and ventilation. The excess lace will need to be cut as desired prior to wearing.

What kind of hair do you use?

We use high quality virgin hair.

Virgin hair has never been chemically processed, which means the hair has never been colored, dyed, permed, relaxed etc. 

Virgin hair is steam processed, meaning they design the curls to look exactly alike in a steam room. Eg. Bodywave has the perfect “S” shape from top to bottom. The cuticles are in the same direction, which ensures very little tangling, shedding, and has a life span of up to 3-4 years+ with proper care.

What kind of lace do you use?

 Medium brown or transparent Swiss lace is used upon availability.

Your have the option to purchase HD lace(additional fee)

What grade is your hair? 

There is no grade.

There is no governing body or system that grades hair extensions.  Vendors “grade” hair to tell their clients “how good the hair is”. It’s all a marketing strategy.

Therefore we will not be grading our hair. Instead we ensure that we provide the highest quality in hair which we tested to extreme lengths. China is the #1 exporter of hair to the USA, so most hair comes from there or India, Burma, Cambodia. Despite their names; Brazilian, Peruvian, Malaysian etc. they are not actually from these regions of the world. These are names used for marketing purposes, just like the “grading system”.

Can the hair be bleached?

Our Luxe collection hair can be bleached to a #27 max. Anything higher can/may cause damage to the hair.

Can be straightened? 

Yes, however extremely curly hair will take more effort to get bone straight. Heat protectant and proper hair car should be applied.

How do I get my curly hair not to be frizzy?

Curly hair takes a bit more upkeep than straight and wavy hair. Co- wash 2-3 days, combing it out with a paddle brush, and let the hair air dry. When it dries without u touching, it will be frizz-free. 

How to get my wig flat and no flayaways?

Use our hair wax stick!

Do the hair shed? 

Our bundles have minimal shedding, but we have to remember this was once someone’s real hair which grew out of the scalp. As we all should know ALL HAIR SHEDS! If you want, with the help of weft sealants you should be able to keep shedding to a minimum.
